I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Relocate Sarasota, specifically with Jane Ebury. As a first-time homebuyer, I was expecting a more personalized and guided experience, but what I got was a lackluster attempt at understanding my needs. The market knowledge was there, but it felt like Jane was more interested in showcasing her expertise than actually listening to my concerns. The communication was sporadic, and I often found myself having to chase her down for updates. The 'innovative solutions' they claim to offer seemed like nothing more than a fancy marketing term.
