I'm still trying to process the chaos that was my remodel experience with Real Deal Cabinets. From the initial consultation, I was sold on their promise of 'high-quality cabinet options' and 'exceptional customer service.' What I got was a team that seemed completely disorganized, with constant delays and miscommunications. The project manager would often not return my calls or emails for days, leaving me in the dark about the status of my project. When I finally got to see the 'custom carpentry' and 'countertop fabrication' they had done, I was appalled by the lack of attention to detail and the overall quality of the work. It looked like something a DIY novice would do, not a professional company. The 'wood hoods and organization solutions' they installed were not what we discussed, and the 'tile installation' was done so poorly that I'm worried it will start falling apart soon. I had to fight to get them to fix the mistakes, and even then, it took multiple attempts to get it somewhat right. The 'electrical services' and 'plumbing' they provided were subpar, with several issues that I've had to address myself. For a company that claims to be 'committed to providing high-quality' work, Real Deal Cabinets fell woefully short. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and customer service, I would not recommend them to anyone. My dream remodel turned into a never-ending headache, and I'm still dealing with the aftermath. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your remodeling needs.
