I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Ramada New Braunfels, and let me tell you, it was a disaster from start to finish. The comfortable rooms they advertised? More like cramped and outdated. The 'convenient location'? Yeah, if you consider being next to a highway and having to drive 10 minutes to get to anything convenient. But you know what the cherry on top was? The absolute lack of security despite their big talk about robust security measures. I mean, who needs security questions when the front desk staff can't even be bothered to look up from their phones to acknowledge you? The Wyndham brand must be really slipping if this is the kind of service they're offering. As someone who's stayed in plenty of hotels for both business and leisure, I can confidently say this place does not live up to its promises. Unless you enjoy overpriced, subpar accommodations with a side of apathy from the staff, stay far, far away from Ramada New Braunfels. And to the management, if you're going to tout your security, maybe invest in some customer service training for your staff. Just saying.
