I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from R.J.M. Entretien. As a homeowner in the Duvernay Est area, I thought I was getting a reliable snow removal service, but boy was I wrong. The automated system they brag about never sent me any notifications, and I had to call them multiple times to get my sidewalk cleared. The team seemed disorganized, and it took them three days to show up after the first big snowfall. When they finally did, they missed a huge chunk of my driveway. I asked them to come back and finish the job, but they told me it would be an extra charge. The whole experience was frustrating, and I felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed.
