They have quality furnishings, vary in size, and some are able to accommodate a family of four comfortably. All but the Budget Villa's have modern split system air conditioners, larger 200-liter capacity refrigerators, microwave ovens, linen provided, a television, microwave, cooking utensils, and all other accessories required to be 3.5 and 4-star rated. The laundry is the only facility to be shared with other park tenants. For those that need or prefer to be catered for, QBTV works in well with the adjoining Queens Beach Hotel and accepts restaurant billing as part of the guest's accommodation invoice.
