June 09, 2025Underwhelming Experience with Overhyped Products
I was really looking forward to trying Qina's wellness products, especially their Qina Slim treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The chocolate-flavored malt was just okay, nothing special, and the ácido hialurónico and colágeno hidrolizado didn't seem to make any significant difference in my skin. I also tried their multivitamínicos, but I didn't notice any improvement in my overall health. The RMFLEX products they distribute were also unimpressive. What really disappointed me was the customer service - I had to wait for hours to get a response to my queries, and even then, it was just a generic reply that didn't address my concerns. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, Qina fell short in my books. The numerous casos de éxito on their website seem exaggerated, and I'm starting to think they're just marketing gimmicks. Needless to say, I won't be subscribing to their newsletter or recommending their products to anyone. Qina needs to work on their product quality and customer service if they want to build trust with their customers.
