I'm still trying to figure out how a company like Premier Hot Tubs can so thoroughly disappoint. The Exuma hot tub, touted as their best-selling model, was supposed to be the epitome of relaxation and luxury. What I got was a pricey, malfunctioning tub that's been more stress than serenity. First, the 'ergonomic seats' are about as comfortable as a deflated balloon, and don't even get me started on the 'spacious interior' that feels cramped with more than 4 people. The Bluetooth sound system? More like a Bluetooth headache, with constant connectivity issues and a sound quality that's subpar at best. But hey, who needs music when you can enjoy the soothing sounds of gurgling water and faint humming from the cheaply made motors? The 92 stainless steel jets are perhaps the most misleading feature - they're either too weak or too strong, with no in-between, making the 'outstanding performance' claim laughable. The real kicker, though, was the SMART TV feature, which was sold to me as a 'game-changer.' Let's just say I've seen better picture quality on a flip phone. Premier Hot Tubs' commitment to 'providing the best possible products and services' seems like a joke, considering the lackluster customer support I've received. If you're in the market for a hot tub that will leave you feeling like you've been soaked - financially and emotionally - then the Exuma hot tub from Premier Hot Tubs is the way to go.
