Initially operating as the Pratt Recreation Commission, it became a City of Pratt Department in 1988. These activities include adult and youth volleyball, baseball, softball, basketball, as well as leisure activities such as yoga, dance, arts and crafts, and numerous special events. One of its notable facilities is the Green Sports Complex, which was opened in the spring of 2004 and hosts a full schedule of tournaments and games each year. The Pratt Recreation Department is responsible for maintaining and has established numerous facilities for the community, including 9 baseball/softball fields, 3 soccer fields, 10 tennis courts, 2 outdoor volleyball courts, outdoor basketball goals, horse shoe pits, a disc golf course, outdoor batting cages, and numerous picnicking and playground areas.
