I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Plowz & Mowz. As a busy homeowner in the Fort Worth area, I thought their app and website would make it easy to schedule and manage my lawn care needs. Unfortunately, the convenience came with a hefty price tag and subpar results. The lawn mowing service I booked was supposed to include edging and trimming, but the crew that showed up seemed rushed and missed several spots. When I tried to contact customer support, I was met with a lengthy phone menu and a representative who seemed more interested in upselling me on additional services than addressing my concerns. The aeration and fertilization services I added on were also lackluster, with no noticeable improvement in my lawn's health or appearance. For the premium prices they're charging, I expected a lot more attention to detail and a higher level of quality. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business (and my lawn care needs) elsewhere. One star from me, and that's being generous.
