Piral Auto: Where Quality Takes a Backseat

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Piral Auto. I ordered a custom license plate for my motorcycle, specifically asking for a European standard plate with UV printing. What I received was a low-quality, American standard plate with faded ink. The souvenir plate I also ordered for my friend's stroller had a typo in the text - not exactly what I'd call 'high-quality products.' Their website claimed same-day delivery if the order was placed before 16:00, but my order took three days to arrive, and that was after I had to call them multiple times to follow up. The customer service was unhelpful and seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than resolving my issues. Given their operating hours from 08:00 to 20:00, Monday to Sunday, you'd think they'd have enough time to get orders right. Unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise. I ended up having to pick up my order from their office in Kyiv, which was inconvenient, to say the least. With the variety of payment options they offer, including payment on account, cash on delivery, or postpay, you'd think they'd prioritize customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business. Sadly, that doesn't seem to be the case here. Unless Piral Auto seriously revamps its quality control and customer service, I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable license plate manufacturing services in Ukraine.
