I recently had the misfortune of working with Pharma People, and I must say, my experience was thoroughly underwhelming. As a hiring manager in the biotech industry, I was looking for a recruitment partner that could deliver high-quality candidates. Unfortunately, Pharma People failed to meet my expectations in every way possible. Despite their claims of having 'over 50 years of combined industry experience,' their team seemed woefully unprepared to handle our specific needs. The talent they presented was subpar, and their business development advice was generic and unhelpful. What really took the cake, however, was their lack of transparency and communication throughout the process. It felt like they were more interested in collecting their fee than actually helping us find the right candidate. The whole experience felt like a waste of time and resources. Needless to say, I would not recommend Pharma People to anyone in the life sciences industry. Their motto of being 'Your Partner in Success' rings hollow when they can't even deliver on their basic promises.
