I visited Peak Health Canberra with high hopes of finally addressing my chronic back pain, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The initial consultation felt rushed, and I didn't feel like my concerns were fully heard. The chiropractor I saw, while friendly, seemed more interested in selling me a package deal than actually listening to my specific issues. The treatment itself was just okay - I've had better massages and adjustments at other clinics. What really bothered me, though, was the lack of follow-up. After my appointment, I didn't receive any check-ins to see how I was doing or if the treatment was effective. It felt like they just wanted to get me in and out without any real investment in my well-being. For a clinic that claims to be all about personalized care, I felt like just another number. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I won't be back to find out.
