I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at OmNi aesthetics. As someone who values authenticity and personalized care, I was drawn to their boutique medical spa concept. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations. The team, despite being led by professionals like Nicole Rompza LE and Caroline Bernardi NP, seemed more interested in selling me on additional treatments than actually addressing my concerns. The 'radiant, confident, and rejuvenated appearance' they promise? Not even close. My aesthetic treatment was rushed, and the follow-up care was virtually non-existent. For a luxury boutique, the attention to detail was lacking, and I felt like just another number, not the unique individual they claim to cater to. Perhaps they should focus more on living up to the Latin meaning of 'Omni' - 'ALL' - by embracing the unique needs and beauty of each patient, rather than just paying lip service to it. Until then, I'd advise others to look elsewhere for a truly personalized and caring experience.
