June 06, 2025Not My Dream Home, More Like Nightmare
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Oak Creek Homes. I thought I was getting the American dream, but what I got was a manufactured home with more problems than I can count. The 'stylish' and 'durable' models they brag about are just marketing gimmicks. My home, which is part of their Diamond Series, has had issues with the Western Package and Evolution Exterior Package from day one. The premium LG stainless steel appliances are just that - appliances, not worth the extra cost. And don't even get me started on The VUE, their so-called ENERGY STAR certified home that's supposed to save me money on utility bills. My bills have actually increased since moving in. The customer service? Forget about it. They promise 'excellent customer service and support,' but when I've tried to reach out about my issues, I've been met with nothing but excuses and delays. Oak Creek Homes may have won awards for their designs, but they've lost me as a customer. Unless they seriously revamp their quality control and customer service, I'd advise others to steer clear of this company. One star from me, and that's being generous.
