I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with North Bay Bed Bug Removal Services was just so... underwhelming. I mean, they came in, did their heat treatment thing, and left. But the communication was lacking from the start. I had to call multiple times to get an appointment scheduled, and even then, they showed up late. The guys who came were nice enough, I guess, but they seemed really disorganized. They left some of their equipment behind, and I had to chase them down to get it removed. The worst part, though, was that after all that, I'm still finding bed bugs. I mean, what's the point of paying for a service if it doesn't even work? I've tried to contact them to get it sorted, but they just keep saying they'll 'look into it.' Look into it? I've been looking into it, and what I see is a bunch of ineffective treatments and a whole lot of frustration. Maybe they're just having a bad month or something, but as of now, I would not recommend North Bay Bed Bug Removal Services to anyone. There are better options out there, I'm sure of it.
