I recently had the misfortune of utilizing NN Occupational Health's services for our company's employee health evaluations. The process was supposed to be seamless and efficient, but what we got was a disjointed and frustrating experience. First, the booking process was cumbersome, with multiple back-and-forth emails just to schedule a basic pre-employment assessment. When the mobile health van arrived, the equipment seemed outdated, and the staff, although friendly, appeared undertrained. The 'Assess, Coach, Monitor' methodology they touted sounded impressive, but in practice, it felt like a generic, one-size-fits-all approach that didn't account for our specific industry needs. The reports we received were slow to arrive and lacked the depth of insight we were promised. Perhaps most disappointing was the lack of follow-up or personalized coaching that they claimed to provide. It felt as though once the initial assessment was complete, we were left to fend for ourselves. Given the premium pricing, I expected a far more tailored and proactive service. Unfortunately, NN Occupational Health failed to deliver on its promises, leaving us to explore other options for our workplace health needs.
