I recently hired Network Monkeys to set up my home office network, and I must say, the experience was underwhelming. The technician who came to my house seemed competent enough, but the prices they charged were exorbitant. I ended up paying over $500 for a service that I later found out I could have done myself with a little bit of research. The worst part is that they tried to upsell me on additional services that I didn't need, which made me feel like they were more interested in making a sale than in actually helping me. The network they set up works fine, but I wouldn't recommend Network Monkeys to anyone due to their high prices and pushy sales tactics. Maybe they're better suited for large corporations with deep pockets, but for a small business owner like myself, they're not the best choice.
