I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lawn care services provided by NaturePro. Despite their claims of being environmentally responsible, I noticed they used chemical-based fertilizers that seemed to harm the local wildlife. The team seemed unprofessional, often showing up late and leaving without notifying me. Their client portal is clunky and difficult to navigate, making it hard to manage my services or access my invoices. To make matters worse, the 10% discount for new clients was not applied to my bill as promised, and when I asked about it, the customer service team was unhelpful and dismissive. For the price I'm paying, I expect a lot more attention to detail and a genuine commitment to environmental sustainability.
