I was really looking forward to trying out Millbee Studio's products, especially their beeswax wraps, as I'm a big fan of reducing plastic waste. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The wraps themselves were lovely, but the customer service was lacking. I had issues with my order, and it took them a while to get back to me. When they did, it seemed like they were more concerned with apologizing than actually fixing the problem. The products are pricey, and while I understand that sustainable materials can cost more, I expect a certain level of service to match. The scented candle I got was nice, but it didn't last as long as I expected, and the natural balm, although soothing, wasn't as effective as other products I've used. Maybe I just had high expectations, but for a company that preaches sustainability and eco-friendliness, I hoped for more. The mission is admirable, but the execution needs work. Perhaps with some improvements, I'd consider giving them another chance.
