I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Maine Tick & Mosquito Control, LLC. With over 24 years of experience, I expected a more effective solution to my tick and mosquito problems. Unfortunately, their 1, 2, 3 method, also known as the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system, didn't quite live up to my expectations. The initial consultation seemed thorough, but the treatment itself was lacking. I opted for their protective yard barriers and lawn treatments, but the results were underwhelming. After two treatments, I'm still finding ticks on my property, and the mosquito problem persists. The company's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee sounds great on paper, but when I tried to reach out to them about my concerns, the communication was slow and unhelpful. For a company that prides itself on customer service, I expected more. The pricing was competitive, but the value just isn't there. With an 88%-93% success rate, I expected better results. Perhaps it's time for Maine Tick & Mosquito Control, LLC to revisit their methods and focus on providing more effective solutions for their customers.
