Underwhelming Experience with MAGMACOR

I visited MAGMACOR hoping to find innovative solutions for my project, but what I got was a disappointing experience. Despite their claims of exceptional customer support, I found the sales team to be somewhat uninformed about their products. The custom support they touted seemed more like a scripted sales pitch than genuine assistance. Their headquarters, though nicely located, felt like any other office space - nothing that screamed 'cutting-edge technology' to me. The basalt fiber technology, which I was excited to learn more about, was barely explained in a way that made sense to a non-expert like myself. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day, but the 'passionate team' I read about online didn't quite translate to the individuals I met. For a company that promises to 'change the game,' I expected something more revolutionary, not a rehashing of existing tech with a fancy new name. Unless they seriously revamp their customer interaction and product presentation, I'd hesitate to recommend MAGMACOR to anyone looking for real innovation in basalt fiber technology.
