I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with M2 Digital Post was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share my story. As the marketing director for a growing startup, I was looking for a video production company that could help us create a compelling corporate video to showcase our brand and values. M2 Digital Post's portfolio and reputation seemed impressive, so we decided to give them a shot. Big mistake. From the initial consultation to the final product, the process was marred by miscommunication, delays, and a general sense of disorganization. The team seemed more interested in winning awards than in understanding our specific needs and goals. The scriptwriting process was clumsy, with multiple revisions and a lack of clarity on the overall vision. The production team, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and unprepared for the shoot.
