I've been a coffee aficionado for years, and after hearing so much about Luggiani, I was excited to try their Italian-style coffees. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The unique blend of 100% Arabica beans sounded promising, but the flavor was unbalanced and lacked depth. I tried their coffee at home, in a cafe, and even at a friend's office, but the taste was consistently underwhelming. The aroma was nice, but it didn't translate to the cup. I also found their equipment rental and Master Barista training services to be overpriced and not particularly impressive. The technical support was helpful, but it took a while to get in touch with someone who could assist me. What really disappointed me was the lack of transparency about their sourcing and sustainability practices. As someone who values quality and beauty in every cup, I expected more from a company that claims to be a reference point for coffee culture and excellence. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but for the price, I expect exceptional quality and service. Until they improve, I'll be taking my coffee business (and my high standards) elsewhere. Luggiani, you can do better.
