I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with Landeck Taxi was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share. I booked their service for a crucial airport transfer, and let me tell you, it was a disaster from start to finish. First, the driver was late. Not just a little late, but a full 20 minutes late. I was starting to think I'd been stood up. When he finally arrived, he seemed put off by my questions about the delay. The vehicle itself was clean and modern, I'll give them that, but the navigation system seemed to be on the fritz, leading us on a wild goose chase through the countryside. What should have been a 30-minute journey took nearly an hour. And to add insult to injury, the 'all-inclusive' price they advertised didn't include an extra fee for handling my luggage, which I found out about at the end of the ride. The whole ordeal left a sour taste in my mouth. Given the emphasis they place on punctuality, safety, and professionalism, I expected so much more. Unless they seriously revamp their service, I'd advise against choosing Landeck Taxi for your transportation needs in the Landeck area. There are better, more reliable options out there.
