As someone with a background in aerospace engineering, I was excited to learn more about Kratos and their innovative approach to satellite communication. Unfortunately, my experience with the company was a letdown from start to finish. The sales team was overly aggressive, making promises about the capabilities of their OpenSpace platform that were not backed up by reality. The implementation process was slow and cumbersome, with multiple delays and lack of clear communication from the project management team. The technology itself was not as flexible or scalable as advertised, and we experienced several instances of dropped connections and data loss. The customer support team was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving us to troubleshoot issues on our own. For a company that claims to be at the forefront of satellite technology, I expected a lot more. Sadly, Kratos failed to deliver on its promises, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and advanced satellite communication solutions.
