I must say, my experience with Kitchen and Bath Global Partners has been nothing short of disappointing. As a small business owner in the Kitchen and Bath industry, I was initially drawn to their promise of negotiating discounts and providing buying power. However, after joining their buying group, I found that the reality fell far short of my expectations. The discounts they offered were negligible, and the services they provided, such as design assistance and accounting support, were subpar. The video library and monthly leadership video sessions were also underwhelming, with outdated information and lackluster presentation. I was expecting a more personalized approach, but it seemed like they were just trying to push their generic solutions onto us. The acquisition specialists were unresponsive, and the accounting professionals seemed to be more interested in upselling their services than actually helping us. Overall, I would not recommend KBGP to my fellow business owners. The membership fees were steep, and the benefits were hardly worth it. Unless they revamp their approach and start providing more tailored solutions, I fear they will continue to struggle in delivering value to their members.
