I've been working with KAAPA Ethanol Ravenna, LLC for a while now, and I gotta say, it's been a real mixed bag. As a local farmer, I was excited to work with a company that's supposed to be all about supporting the community and promoting sustainable agriculture practices. But the more I dealt with them, the more I felt like just a number. Their grain marketing services were subpar, and I ended up getting a lower price for my crops than I expected. The distillers grains they provided for my livestock were also of questionable quality. I've had issues with their customer service team being unresponsive and unhelpful when I've tried to address these problems. It seems like they're more focused on meeting the needs of their big clients than supporting local farmers like me. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm considering taking my business (and my grains) elsewhere. Maybe they'll get their act together, but until then, I'd advise others to be cautious.
