I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from K9 and Company Retreat. Despite their impressive website and mission statement, my experience was a far cry from the 'top-notch care' they advertise. My dog, Max, has been going to their daycare for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a significant decline in his overall demeanor. He used to be a happy and energetic dog, but after spending time at K9, he's become increasingly anxious and withdrawn. When I picked him up last week, he was covered in dirt and had a noticeable scratch on his ear. The staff seemed unconcerned and dismissive when I brought it to their attention. The training sessions I booked for Max were also unimpressive. The trainer seemed to be using outdated methods, and I didn't see any significant improvement in Max's behavior. For the prices they charge, I expect a lot more attention to detail and genuine care for the animals. Unfortunately, K9 and Company Retreat has failed to deliver on their promises, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking quality pet care. The state-of-the-art facilities they boast about are nothing more than a facade, and the experienced staff they claim to have seems to be lacking in compassion and dedication. As a pet owner, it's heartbreaking to see your beloved animal suffer due to the negligence of a business that promises to care for them.
