I'm not one to usually write scathing reviews, but my experience with JPW Industrial Ovens and Furnaces has left a sour taste in my mouth. As the procurement manager for our manufacturing plant, I was tasked with finding a reliable partner for our industrial oven needs. JPW's website and sales team promised the world - customized solutions, top-notch quality, and unparalleled customer service. What we got was a subpar product that failed to meet our specifications, coupled with a lack of transparency and communication from their team. The walk-in oven we purchased was supposed to be a custom-made solution, but it ended up being a glorified off-the-shelf model with a hefty price tag. When we brought this to their attention, the response was lackluster and dismissive. It's clear that JPW is more interested in making a quick sale than in building long-term relationships with their clients. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and prioritize customer satisfaction, I would advise others to steer clear of this company. One star from me, and that's being generous.
