I must preface this review by stating that my experience with Jay Movers, Inc. was an unmitigated disaster. As a meticulous planner and someone who values professionalism, I was thoroughly dismayed by the lack of attention to detail and the overall incompetence displayed by their team. The initial estimate process was smooth, and I was impressed by the thoroughness of the consultant who came to my home. However, the actual moving day was a nightmare. The movers were late, and when they finally arrived, they seemed completely disorganized. My belongings were handled carelessly, and I witnessed one of the movers dropping a box containing fragile items without even apologizing. The packing services they offered were subpar, with many of my items damaged or poorly wrapped. The communication throughout the process was also severely lacking. I had to constantly follow up with the company to get updates on the status of my move, and even then, the information I received was often inaccurate. What struck me as particularly egregious was the company's failure to adhere to their own standards of excellence. As someone who has moved multiple times, I can confidently say that Jay Movers, Inc. falls woefully short of the mark. The prices they charge are not reflective of the quality of service they provide, and I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice.
