I recently had the misfortune of working with Jack Conway, and I must say, their promises far exceeded their actual performance. As a first-time homebuyer, I was drawn to their 'modern vision and timeless values,' but what I got was a lackluster experience that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The team's 'expert, local, and personalized services' were nothing more than a sales pitch, and their 'sincerity, fairness, and honesty' seemed to be just empty words. My agent was unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in making a sale than in understanding my needs. The 'extensive knowledge and expertise' they claimed to have in the New England real estate market was nowhere to be found, and I ended up having to do all the research myself. The partnership with LeadingRE was supposed to give me access to a global network, but it didn't seem to make a difference in my experience. What really got my goat was the constant pressure to make a decision, which completely went against their claim of making real estate 'a pleasure, not a pressure.' Overall, I would not recommend Jack Conway to anyone looking for a genuine and supportive real estate experience. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
