I'm still trying to process the disaster that was my visit to InterMountain Medical Clinic. As someone who values timely and compassionate care, I was thoroughly disappointed by the lack of organization and the excessively long wait times. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but I wasn't seen until 10:45 AM. The waiting room was packed, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. When I finally saw the doctor, the consultation felt rushed, and my questions were barely addressed. The clinic's mission to treat patients like family fell flat in my experience. I was just another number in a crowded waiting room. The medical care itself was nothing out of the ordinary - it was the disorganization and lack of communication that really let me down.
