I was really looking forward to working with Interior Logic Group, given their reputation as industry leaders and innovators. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish. The design process, which I thought would be streamlined and efficient thanks to their technology solutions like DesignMyHome, was cumbersome and required too much back-and-forth. The team seemed overwhelmed, and it took an inordinate amount of time to get anything done. Despite their claims of prioritizing customer experience and collaboration, I felt like just another number in their system. The final product was subpar, and the communication throughout the process was lacking. For a company that boasts about transforming the interior design process and enhancing the home buying experience, I expected much more. The Palette by ILG offerings, which were supposed to provide access to the world's leading products and design trends, felt limited and not particularly curated. Overall, I would not recommend ILG to anyone seeking a seamless and satisfying experience in the building products industry. Maybe they're better at talking the talk than walking the walk.
