June 06, 2025Disappointing Experience with Hocker Tool & Die
I've been in the manufacturing business for over 20 years, and I have to say, my experience with Hocker Tool & Die, Inc. was a letdown. As a long-time customer, I expected more from a company that boasts about its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the quality of their products has taken a hit in recent years. The last batch of dies we received had noticeable defects, and the CNC machining work was not up to par. When I brought this to their attention, the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. It seemed like they were more interested in protecting their reputation than in resolving the issue. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, they fell short in a big way. The state-of-the-art facility they brag about must not be translating to better products or services. Needless to say, we're taking our business elsewhere. Maybe it's time for Hocker Tool & Die to re-evaluate their core values and focus on delivering exceptional products and services like they used to.
