I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from HITEC Dryer Vents & Air Ducts. As someone who's very particular about indoor air quality, I was expecting a thorough and professional job. Unfortunately, the technicians seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain the process or answer my questions. The 'free phone estimate' was just a sales pitch, and the final bill was way higher than I expected. I was told I needed additional services that weren't mentioned initially, which felt like an upsell tactic. The air duct cleaning itself was noisy and created a mess, with dust and debris scattered all over my furniture. The technicians didn't even bother to clean up after themselves, leaving me to deal with the aftermath. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction and health, I was shocked by the lack of attention to detail and care. The 5-star rating must be from friends and family because my experience was subpar at best.
