I'm still fuming after my disastrous experience at Hannah Nails & Spa. As a long-time nail enthusiast, I was excited to try their services, but what I got was a rushed, unprofessional, and overpriced manicure. The nail tech seemed completely disinterested in my concerns and just slapped on some lackluster gel polish without even bothering to shape my nails properly. The 'relaxing atmosphere' they claim to have is just a myth - the salon was loud, with thumping music and the constant sound of drills. To top it off, they got my appointment time wrong, so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to even start my service. For a 'premier nail salon,' I expected a lot more. Needless to say, I won't be back, and I'd advise others to think twice before wasting their money here. 1/10, would not recommend.
