I must say, my experience with GreenForce Pest Solutions was a letdown. As a homeowner in Spring, Texas, I thought I was in good hands with a local, family-owned business. Unfortunately, their service did not live up to my expectations. The technicians seemed knowledgeable, but the treatment for my termite issue was not as thorough as I had hoped. I was told that the problem would be resolved in one visit, but it took three follow-up appointments to finally get the infestation under control. The communication was also spotty - I had to call multiple times to get updates on my schedule and to address concerns. While I appreciate the emphasis on family and community, I believe that GreenForce Pest Solutions needs to work on its execution and follow-through. For the prices they charge, I expected a more seamless and effective experience. Perhaps they were just having an off day, but I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing GreenForce.
