I've been a loyal customer of Furneys Stockfeeds for years, but my last experience was a real letdown. I ordered a bulk shipment of their dry season blocks for my cattle, but when it arrived, I noticed that the quality was subpar. The blocks were crumbling and didn't have the same density as previous orders. I contacted their customer service, and while they were friendly, they seemed more interested in making excuses than resolving the issue. They told me that it was due to a 'new batch' of ingredients, but I'm not buying it. As a farmer, I rely on high-quality feed to keep my livestock healthy, and Furneys Stockfeeds failed to deliver. The prices have also gone up significantly over the past year, making it harder for me to justify continuing to do business with them. Unless they can get their quality control back on track, I'll be taking my business (and my cattle) elsewhere. Very disappointing from a company that's been around for over 100 years.
