I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Four Your Paws Only. As a long-time pet owner, I was excited to try out this local, family-owned pet specialty store, but unfortunately, my experience was subpar. The store itself was cluttered and disorganized, making it difficult to find what I needed. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, and when I asked for advice on pet food, they seemed unsure and uneducated on the products they were selling. The bakery treats, which I was looking forward to, were overpriced and lacking in variety. What really sealed the deal for me, though, was when I found out that one of the products I purchased was actually expired. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. For a store that prides itself on providing high-quality products and exceptional service, I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and customer care. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Four Your Paws Only anytime soon.
