I've been a loyal customer of Flowerama Columbus for years, but my last experience was a major letdown. I ordered a bouquet for my sister's birthday, opting for same-day delivery in Clintonville. The website promised a beautiful arrangement with fresh flowers, but what arrived was a wilted, sad-looking mess. The colors didn't even match what I picked out online - it was like they grabbed whatever was nearest to expiration and tossed it together. For a company that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction, this was a huge disappointment. I tried to use my Flower Power points for a discount, but the website wouldn't let me apply them for some reason. The customer service rep I spoke to was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed and didn't offer much in the way of a solution. Maybe it was just an off day, but after 15 years of being voted #1, I expect more. Sadly, I'll be taking my business (and my flower needs) elsewhere. 2/5 stars, and that's being generous.
