I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from FLO'S GARDENS. Despite their promises of 'high-quality gardening services' and 'exceptional results,' my experience was nothing short of a disaster. The garden design they provided was uninspired and failed to incorporate any of the unique features I had discussed with them. The installation process was slow and poorly managed, with multiple delays and misunderstandings. But what really took the cake was the subpar maintenance they provided after the initial installation. My plants were consistently overwatered, and the 'customized design solution' they touted ended up being a generic, cookie-cutter approach that did nothing to enhance the beauty of my outdoor space. As someone who values sustainability and environmental responsibility, I was also disappointed to see that they didn't prioritize these aspects in their work. For a company that claims to be 'poised to continue providing beautiful and sustainable outdoor spaces for years to come,' FLO'S GARDENS fell woefully short of my expectations. Unless they seriously revamp their services and attention to detail, I would not recommend them to anyone. One star from me, and that's being generous.
