I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Firecotech. As the facilities manager for a large commercial building, I was looking for reliable fire extinguishing solutions and thought their Cold Fire range would fit the bill. Unfortunately, the products didn't live up to the hype. The Cold Fire Ultimate model we purchased malfunctioned during a routine test, and the customer support team took ages to respond. When they finally did, they seemed more interested in selling us additional consulting services than addressing our concerns. The consulting services themselves were lackluster, with the representative seeming unprepared and unsure of how to answer our questions. For a company that claims to prioritize quality and safety, Firecotech's performance was subpar. The blog articles on their website talk about the importance of maintaining professional fire extinguishers, but it seems they don't practice what they preach. With a plethora of other fire safety companies out there, I'd advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and customer-centric solutions.
