I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Eau et Économie Settelen. As someone who prioritizes environmental sustainability, I was initially drawn to their innovative solutions for rainwater recovery and non-collective sanitation. However, my experience was marred by poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and a general lack of expertise. The team seemed disorganized, and it took multiple attempts to get a callback. When they finally arrived to assess my property, they didn't even bother to explain the process or provide a clear quote. The 'personalized service' they claim to offer was nowhere to be found. Given their membership in the éco-entreprises d'Alsace network and their Top Pro 2016 StarOfService award, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and dedication to environmental respect. Unfortunately, Eau et Économie Settelen failed to deliver on their promises, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and sustainable water management solutions.
