I'm writing this review as a warning to others: Eagle Lift Truck may look like a reliable partner on their website, but our experience was a disaster from start to finish. We ordered a used lift truck that was supposed to be delivered within two weeks, but it took them over a month to get it to us. And when it finally arrived, it was in worse condition than described. The sales team was unresponsive and unhelpful, seemingly more interested in making a sale than in ensuring customer satisfaction. The truck itself was also overpriced compared to what we found from other vendors after the fact. We ended up having to spend even more money to get it into working condition, which was not what we were promised. The whole experience was frustrating and costly. Despite their claims of expertise and commitment to customer service, Eagle Lift Truck fell short on every promise. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and customer support, I would strongly advise against doing business with them. One star from me, and that's being generous.
