I am still fuming after my disastrous experience with Dodson Pest Control. As a homeowner in Staunton, I thought I was doing the right thing by hiring a local, family-owned business to take care of my pest issues. Boy, was I wrong. Their team of 'certified local technicians' seemed completely clueless when it came to handling my termite problem. After multiple visits and a hefty bill, the termites were still thriving in my attic. I was told that their services come with a '100% satisfaction guarantee,' but when I tried to invoke it, they gave me the runaround and claimed that I must have 'done something wrong.' The customer service was abysmal, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives who seemed more interested in selling me additional services than actually resolving my issues. The free inspection they offered was nothing more than a sales pitch, and their 'proactive pest prevention' methods seemed to be nothing more than a fancy way of saying 'we'll spray some chemicals around and hope for the best.' I've since switched to a different pest control company and have had much better results. If you value your sanity and your wallet, stay far, far away from Dodson Pest Control. One star is even too generous for this nightmare of a company.
