June 06, 2025Disorganized and Uncaring Service at Dierenarts Schelle
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Dierenarts Schelle. Despite their claims of personalized service, I felt like just another number. The receptionist seemed put off when I asked questions about my pet's care, and the veterinarian herself, Liesbet Fremault, rushed through the consultation without fully addressing my concerns. The practice's emphasis on transparency and open communication fell flat, as my attempts to reach out via phone and email were met with delayed or unhelpful responses. The trimming session, which I was told would include a thorough health check, felt cursory and focused more on aesthetics than actual wellness. For a practice that boasts about preventative care, I was surprised by the lack of attention to detail and follow-up. Perhaps it's time for Dierenarts Schelle to reevaluate their priorities and focus on providing the compassionate, client-centric care they claim to offer. Until then, I'll be taking my pets (and my business) elsewhere.
