The 'stress-free' process they touted was nothing short of a joke. I had to constantly chase them down for updates, and when I did, I was met with vague assurances and dismissive attitudes. The pool itself? It's a eyesore. The modern design I asked for looks like it was thrown together by amateurs. The permits took forever to approve, and when they finally did, it was because Develoscapes had to redo the application multiple times due to their own errors. And don't even get me started on the 'industry-standard warranties' – it's all just empty language to them. When I tried to address my concerns, I was given the runaround and eventually ghosted.
