I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Cuentopia. As an avid reader and a parent, I was excited to explore their collection of books for my kids. However, the overall experience was marred by a few issues. The shipping took longer than expected, and when the books finally arrived, one of them was damaged. The combo section with Alaïa toys seemed like a great idea, but the toys themselves were overpriced and of mediocre quality. What really let me down was the customer service.
