I'm still trying to process how a company with such a stellar reputation and 24 years of experience could so thoroughly drop the ball. Our 'dream home' project with CRJ Designer Homes was an unmitigated disaster from the get-go. The initial consultation was promising, with their team listening attentively to our needs and desires, but it all went downhill from there. The communication was sporadic at best, with weeks of radio silence between updates. When we did finally get updates, they were often conflicting or vague. The construction process itself was a nightmare - constant delays, subpar workmanship, and a complete disregard for our original design specifications. We were told that the innovative construction methods would result in a high-quality, timeless home, but what we got was a half-baked, cookie-cutter design that looked nothing like the beautiful, sophisticated home we were promised. The icing on the cake was the utter lack of accountability when we brought our concerns to their attention. It seemed like they were more interested in collecting their paycheck than in delivering on their promises. For a company that prides itself on 'exceeding customer expectations,' CRJ Designer Homes fell woefully short. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and commit to transparency and customer satisfaction, I'd advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. One star from me, and that's being generous.
