I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Cornerstone Children's Clinic. As a parent, I expect a certain level of care and compassion, especially when it comes to my child's health. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. The wait time was excessive, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. When I finally met with the nurse practitioner, I felt rushed and like my concerns were being brushed off. The clinic's emphasis on following CDC guidelines is commendable, but it felt like they were more focused on checking boxes than actually listening to me. The environment, while clean and modern, lacked a personal touch, and I didn't feel like my child was receiving the individualized attention they deserved. Perhaps it was just an off day, but I won't be returning to Cornerstone Children's Clinic. As a busy parent, I need a healthcare provider that can offer convenience, compassion, and quality care – unfortunately, Cornerstone didn't deliver.
